How much are HOA dues?

2024 Dues are:

$3,300.00 annually for a developed lot, and $1,650.00 for an undeveloped lot.
When are HOA annual payments due?

Payments are posted on January 1st and due on January 31st.
How do I pay my monthly dues?

HOA payments are encouraged to be paid online via your owner portal. If you need this access, please contact Connie Jones @ connie@mpmjh.com. Payments can also be made by check. Checks can be made out to: "Owl Creek HOA" and mailed to PO Box 2228, Jackson, WY 83001 or dropped by the MPM office (located at 250 Veronica Lane, Jackson).
What home improvement projects do I need board approval for?

Any changes to the exterior of the home or landscaping require board review and approval.
Who should I contact if I have a question about the HOA?

You may reach out primarily to your HOA manager, Kelsey Zelazoski at 307-733-1684 or kelsey@mpmjh.com. If there is an after-hour emergency, you may call 307-733-1684, hit 0, and you will be transferred to the Mountain Property Management staff on call.
